How do we purchase equipment from Forest Quip?If you know what you are looking for, you are able to purchase products through our website. However, please note that this purchase is for the product only. Any freight costs are only able to be calculated once we have spoken with you to determine a suitable carrier to your location for your item. If freight is needed for your item, then there will be a further charge which we will organise with you directly. If you need help finding the right solution, we encourage you to get in touch with our team. We can tailor a piece of equipment to your needs and ensure the product will be the right fit for you.

What freight options are available?Our preferred freight carrier is Mainfreight; however, each shipment is evaluated case by case to find the best option at the time.

Are Forest Quip's products covered by warranty?Yes. All items sold by Forest Quip are covered by a 12-month warranty.

Does Forest Quip provide after sales support?Yes. Forest Quip are proud to provide comprehensive support with our experienced service technician. Beyond this we are also able to organise further service or repair directly with our suppliers on your behalf.

Does Forest Quip carry parts for breakdowns or replacement?Yes. Forest Quip carries stock of common parts for breakdown and replacement of our machinery and equipment.
